Summer has gone by incredibly fast. While we’re welcoming the fall season (Hello pumpkin-spiced latte🧡), it seems to be a great time to reflect on our busy summer in the US and Vietnam. Let’s scroll through photos on my phone and take a look!

June: we were in WA visiting grandma and grandpa, took a quick trip to Vancouver, and soaked in all the greeneries.

July: back to the peak of summer in Vietnam, meaning lots of pool times. The kiddos enjoyed a water festival at school, plus Nem got to go to a water park with his classmates. Mommy & Daddy spent a getaway weekend in Dalat. Nem’s very serious about his basketball practice. Ended the month with a concert for me and mom.

August: We went to Cat Ba island with Ong Ba, tons of fun. Nem and Bun had their first performance on stage to close the summer: Bun was the cutest bean and Nem was an engineer fixing his car. All geared up for the Full Moon Festival, and baby Pho arrived on August 30!

September: Celebrated Independence’s Day, also my bestie’s bday. We had a fun farm day, the kiddos got to feed various farm animals, and Nem got to ride the pony twice! A quick trip to Nha Trang to visit some relatives and beach time. Mom and I also got to spend an afternoon painting pottery, her first time!

Now onward to all the fall fun: everything pumpkin, Nem’s birthday celebration, Halloween, and Thanksgiving🍁🍂🍁🍂
